Open the Tournaments tab. Filter by location, date, or category. Tap a tournament to view full details, entry fees, and the draw format.
Tap Register on the tournament page, choose your category (e.g., Men's Singles U-2200), confirm entry fee payment, and wait for organizer approval.
Once the organizer publishes the draw, navigate to My Matches to see your bracket position, table number, and match time.
After your match, both players receive a score-confirmation prompt. Confirm or dispute the score directly in the app — results update in real time.
Visit your Profile → Statistics to review win/loss ratio, best finishes, rating progression, and head-to-head records.
Enable push notifications to get instant alerts for draw publications, match calls, score confirmations, and results.
Create, configure, and fully manage your tournament from start to finish — all from one control panel.
Go to Dashboard → Tournaments → Create New. Enter the tournament name, venue, start/end dates, and an optional banner image.
Define each event (Men's Singles, Women's Doubles, etc.), set age/rating limits, entry fees, group size, and match format (best of 5, etc.).
Set the registration window and publish the tournament. Review incoming applications, approve or reject entries, and manage waitlists.
Invite referees, organizers, and helpers via their TT Stars username. Assign role permissions so each staff member only sees what they need.

Oversee match officiating, manage disputes, and ensure all results are validated and published correctly.

Before the event starts, inspect the automatically generated draw for each category. Manually adjust seedings or table assignments if required.
Use the Match Scheduler to call the next batch of matches. Players receive automated push notifications with their table number and start time.
Referees at each table enter game-by-game scores in real time. As Chief Referee, you can review and override any score before it is finalized.
Players can flag a dispute from their app. You'll receive an alert, review the match log, and resolve it with a corrected result or walkover ruling.
Once all matches in a category are complete, tap Finalize Category to publish results and trigger automatic ranking updates.
Coordinate day-to-day operations, manage the schedule, and keep everything running smoothly on the ground.
After the Tournament Owner assigns you as Organizer, open the app and navigate to My Events → Organizer View to see your assigned tournament.
Use the Check-In tool to mark players as present upon arrival. The system flags no-shows automatically and notifies the Chief Referee.
Open the Schedule Builder to arrange matches across tables and time slots. Publish the schedule to push instant notifications to all players.
Drag-and-drop matches to tables in the schedule view. The system warns you of conflicts (e.g., a player in two simultaneous matches).
Broadcast real-time announcements to all participants — schedule changes, venue updates, or match calls — directly through the app.
Download live progress reports to track match completion percentages across all categories and share with the tournament owner and media.
Support referees and organizers on the floor — enter scores, call players, and keep the event running efficiently.
You'll get an invite notification. Tap Accept to join the tournament staff. Your Helper view has limited permissions — safe and easy to use.
Open My Tasks to see which tables you are responsible for. Each table shows the current match and the queue of upcoming matches.
Tap Call Players for the next match. The players receive an immediate push notification with the table number and a countdown timer.
After each game, enter the score using the simple +/− buttons. The app validates the score and highlights any anomalies for the Chief Referee to review.
Once all games are played, tap Submit Match Result. Both players see the result in their app and confirm it. Escalate to the Chief Referee if there's a disagreement.

Score entry and match progression require an active internet connection because results update in real time for all participants. Viewing previously loaded tournament data is possible offline, but live features need connectivity.
Go to My Tournaments → [Tournament Name] → My Registrations and tap Withdraw. Withdrawals before the registration close date are usually eligible for a refund — check the tournament's refund policy set by the owner.
Open the match in My Matches and tap Dispute Result. Describe the issue and submit — the Chief Referee will review the score log and make a ruling within the dispute window specified by the tournament.
There is no hard limit on staff members. You can add as many helpers, organizers, and referees as needed. Each user must have an active TT Stars account to receive an invitation.
Once the draw is published and players are notified, regenerating it is restricted to prevent confusion. The Chief Referee or Tournament Owner can manually swap individual matchups if absolutely necessary. Contact support if you need a full redraw.
From the Tournament Owner dashboard, go to Reports → Export Results. You can export in CSV, PDF, or the standard ranking federation format. The export includes all match results, player ratings, and final standings.
