Frequently Asked Questions

Can't find the answer you need? Contact our support team.

General
Is TT Stars free to use?

TT Stars offers a free tier for players to browse tournaments and track their results. Tournament owners and organizers may require a subscription depending on the number of events and participants. Check the Downloads page for the latest plan details.

Which platforms is TT Stars available on?

TT Stars is available on iOS (App Store), Android (Google Play), and as a progressive web app accessible from any modern browser. All platforms stay in sync in real time.

Can I use TT Stars without an internet connection?

Score entry and match progression require an active internet connection because results update in real time for all participants. Viewing previously loaded tournament data is possible offline, but live features need connectivity.

Players
How do I withdraw from a tournament after registering?

Go to My Tournaments → [Tournament Name] → My Registrations and tap Withdraw. Withdrawals before the registration close date are usually eligible for a refund — check the tournament's refund policy set by the owner.

I believe my match result was entered incorrectly. What do I do?

Open the match in My Matches and tap Dispute Result. Describe the issue and submit — the Chief Referee will review the score log and make a ruling within the dispute window specified by the tournament.

Organizers & Referees
How many staff members can I add to a tournament?

There is no hard limit on staff members. You can add as many helpers, organizers, and referees as needed. Each user must have an active TT Stars account to receive an invitation.

Can the draw be regenerated after it is published?

Once the draw is published and players are notified, regenerating it is restricted to prevent confusion. The Chief Referee or Tournament Owner can manually swap individual matchups if absolutely necessary. Contact support if you need a full redraw.

How do I export results for ranking submission?

From the Tournament Owner dashboard, go to Reports → Export Results. You can export in CSV, PDF, or the standard ranking federation format. The export includes all match results, player ratings, and final standings.
